It's been a minute since our last blog post and I think the best way to revisit short form articles is to map out exactly the trajectory of the brand.
I think the first point of call is to give thanks to the community! The turnout for winter 01 was huge and we cant thank everyone enough for copping, tagging and sharing our posts! The growth truely wouldn’t be possible without the Crew..
With our brands ethos really honing in on the ideology of Growth Through Community we are finalising some ideas on how to give back.
The strongest plan so far is to create a place where creatives can sell their products without having to fork out the cost of a website. Pending the size of their drops we can offer them a free slot or even a whole page designated to their creative outlet and a story behind the drop. Another way we can give back to the community and grow together would be to put together smaller drops for creatives that lack additional funding to do so, for example we would run a 10 tee drop on our blanks where we cover the full cost and the artist will then earn additional money to go towards their creative endeavour.
I guess navigating the space of growing together comes with so many new ideas from community events, crew funded artist based shows, and mic nights. Just things that can bring together a range of people and allow the story tellers to whip words off the mic.
